Twitter is a fun tool
March 14, 2009 – 10:13 amTwitter has made its present amply felt in the micro-blogging arena. The South by Southwest Award was a vibrant testimony to its achievement. It has well tackled various issues pertaining to downtime, technical framework, social network profiling and other maladies.
All this has let it come up even strongly in the last year or so. For the uninitiated, twitter is a blogging tool where you can use up to 140 characters for the purpose of expressing your feelings to someone. You can adequately embellish your work through various emoticons and creative expressions. Overall, this creates a beautiful resource for participating in message transfers.
Today, you can also use tweeter, twitter’s interface that is integrated to face book to catch hold of the tweets of all your friends. Of course the governing clause is that they should be the members of the face book community as well.
Having said this, twitter can be amply used for the purpose of generating something quite meaningful. It can be involving one self in niche blog promotion or sharing your ideas with like-minded people for laying a debate platform, something that can lead to an unofficial mandate. Such mandates can even change government stances.
You can also look to post a poll or a constructive forum for the purpose of adding various opinions to your twitter blog. Such blogs can then be floated publicly.
You can even ask the coterie of your blog enthusiasts to dig or bury your blog post through Digg or Stumble. You can call for back links from you followers for enhancing the blog repute. This can lead to active blog promotion.
You can also look to expand on your blogging business by giving expert opinion on some niche subject. Twitter resources can let you share the minutes of live conferencing real-time with your friends who are part of the face book community.
